For cake:
Marble cake mix in box
2 lbs. ricotta
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 t. vanilla

For icing:
1 small chocolate instant pudding
1 c. milk
1- 8 oz. container of cool whip

Directions:

For cake:
Follow the directions for the cake that are on the box. Pour the batter into a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan.

Mix together in a bowl:
Ricotta
sugar
vanilla

Pour this mixture over the marble cake batter.
Bake at 350 for 1- 1 1/2 hours until the cake if firm in the center.
Cool.

For icing:
Mix all ingredients together. Spread on the cooled cake.
Refrigerate the iced cake.
