1lb. ground sausage
1 can refrigerated cresent rolls
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
5 eggs, mixed with a small amount of milk
salt and pepper to taste
diced onions
diced green peppers
sliced mushrooms
oregano (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain ground sausage.
Grease a 13x9 baking dish.
Roll out cresent rolls and spread in the bottom of the dish.
Mix cheeses together.
Layer in this order: sausage, cheeses, eggs, onions, green peppers, mushrooms, and oregano (if adding).
Bake for 30 minutes at 375
