1 Smoked Picnic Ham
1 large can Pineapple juice
1 16 oz.can Pineapple rings
red cherries
Light brown sugar
White sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 2 cups brown sugar, 2 cups white sugar, half can pineapple juice and enough water to cover ham and soak overnight. Remove ham from soak, discarding liquid. Place ham to boil in fresh water with 1 cup brown and white sugar for 30 minutes. Remove from water. Remove skin and fat from ham. Cut several gashes in top of ham. Place in large baking dish. Make glaze of 2 c. brown sugar, 2 c. white sugar and remaining pineapple juice. Place pineapple rings and cherries on top of ham and pour glaze over. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and then reduce heat to 200 degrees and bake for an additional 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
