1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 lb. Italian sausage
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
2 - 8oz. cans tomato sauce
1 - 6oz. can tomato paste
1-1/2 cups water

1 pkg. (8-10 oz.) twisted macaroni
2 pkgs. chopped frozen spinach, thawed and thoroughly drained or squeezed.
2 cups sour cream
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Remove the casing from the Italian sausage. Brown the meats until crumbly. Add salt, pepper, spaghetti mix, tomato sauce, tomato paste, and water, and mix thoroughly. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes. Cook the macaroni according to package directions. Drain water and combine the macaroni with the cooked sauce. Spread half the mixture in the botttom of a 9-1/2" x 15" glass baking dish. Top with half of the spinach and half of the sour cream, and spread to make an even layer. Sprinkle with half of the Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers, ending with the rest of the Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes, until heated through and bubbly.
