8 slices thick white bread (crustless and cubed), 2 (8 oz.) pkg. of cream cheese cubed, 1 dozen eggs (or 3 cartons of egg beaters), 2 c. milk, 1/3 maple syrup.

Directions:
Directions:
Place half of cubed bread in 9x13 casserole dish. Put cubed cream cheese on top of bread, then add the rest of the bread. Whip eggs, milk and syrup together. Pour mixture over bread. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes and serve with extra syrup.
