1 pkg thin sliced pork chops (1 1/2 -2 lbs)
1 tbsp. crisco or oil
3 c. tomato juice,
2 cans tomato sauce,
1/2 c. water,
1/4 tsp salt,
1/2 tsp onion powder,
1/2 tsp garlic powder,
1/4 c. red pepper seeds (can alter to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut pork into bite-size pieces. Heat oil, adding pork carefully. Cook until brown all over.
Mix remaining ingredients in large pan. Cook on low heat, add pork. Simmer 30 min on low, stirring occasionally. Serve with tortillas and spanish rice. Don't forget the margaritas!

I make this pretty hot for the kids, as that's how they like it. Us older folks might try just a teaspoon or so of the hot pepper flakes at first.
