"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Directions:
In large mixing bowl, squish tomatoes with your hands. You need to take some of the hard insides out and squish each tomato individually. Take out skin.

Turn large pan on low, add some olive oil. Put some onion in pan until it starts to make noise. Then put all onion and meat in. When meat is almost fully brown, put in garlic. Do not brown the garlic.

Pour tomatoes in the pan with pork, onion and garlic. Add tomato paste and stir. Add salt (4 cupped hands of salt). Add a little pepper and sugar. Stir. Bring to a boil and stir. Add sundried tomatoes. Turn down to low and simmer 1 1/2 hours or more.
