4 c. flour
3 sticks margarine (soft)
3 egg yolks
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
3 egg whites
3 tbsp. Confectioner's sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
cinnamon/sugar mixture (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and margarine as for pastry (cut in and crumble up). Add egg yolks, sour cream and vanilla. Mix well. Chill 2 hours or overnight. Divide mixture into 8 parts. Roll each part out on confectioner's suger into a circle. Combine egg whites, powdered confectioner's sugar (3 tbsp.) and vanilla in a container to blend. Brush each circle with this mixture and sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar. Cut each circle into 12 wedges and roll each, starting at the wide end. Place on greased cookie sheets and brush with egg mixture and sprinkle with sugar. Bake in 400 degree oven for 10-12 minutes. Remove immediately from pan.
