1 3oz pkg Ramen Soup Mix
1/4 cup Butter
1 cup chopped Walnuts
1/2 cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup Honey
1/3 cup White Wine Vinegar
1/4 t Salt
1/4 t Pepper
1/2 lb fresh Broccoli-chopped
1 head Romaine Lettucte-torn into pieces
4 Green Onions-chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Remove flavor packet from soup mix. Break noodles into 1/2" pieces.


Melt Butter in pan in a 350 oven. Add noodles and walnuts, bake, stirring occasionally for 10 min or until lightly browned.

Whisk together olive oil and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Toss together walnut mixture, broccoli, lettuce and green onions. Coat with olive oil mixture, you may have some left over depending on how much you want it coated.
