1 pkg. yeast
3/4 c. warm water
1/4 tsp. salt
2-1/2 c. all purpose flour
Soda solution
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. soda

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat to 400
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add salt and flour. Knead. Let rise 15 min. Roll dough and form into pretzel shape. Dip in soda solution. Sprinkle with salt.Bake for 20 min. Brush with butter.
