1/3 cup low fat cheddar cheese
1 cup broccoli or cauliflower, steamed (in microwave OK)
1/4 cup onion
1 tsp cornstarch
1/2 to 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon or soup base -(optional)

I found out the hard way that you must steam your cauliflower or broccoli first . When I did not, the taste was so strong even the dogs wouldn't eat it!
We use Leerdammer, a strong Dutch cheese, and it is
really delicious. Play with different cheeses on this.
