1 Mrs. Smith's unbaked pie shell (not deep dish)

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle chopped ham on bottom of unbaked shell, throw grated cheese over ham. Place slightly sautéed veggies on cheese. Pour egg, cream Vermouth over ingredients. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350º about 40 minutes or till set. and slightly browned.
