Ingredients:
Sauce: 1 c. catsup, 2 T. Worcestershire, 1/4 c. vinegar, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. chili powder, 1 c. water, 1/2 tsp. celery seed, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 1/2 c. brown sugar firmly packed. (If recipe is tripled, it is a 32 oz. bottle of catsup).

Directions:
Directions:
Put sauce ingredients in a heavy pan and boil. (This may be frozen for use later). I always use country style ribs. Bake ribs at 450 degrees for 30 minutes, heat sauce and pour over ribs. Reduce heat to 350, cover and bake 1 1/2 hours, basting several times. Remove the cover and bake for 45 minutes or more until ribs are well done.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Approximately 5 lbs. fit in a 13x9 cake pan. This is a favorite recipe for entertaining and I would fill 3 pans. When the heat is reduced I drain off the fat and put into 2 pans and then add sauce.
