2 pd. bulk pork sausage
1 medium carrot, shredded
2 ribs celery, chopped
1 can (28 oz.) stewed tomatoes
1 can ( 16 oz.) kidney beans,rinsed and drained
1 can (15-1/2)chilli beans, undrained
1 can (15oz.) pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1 can(5-1/2 oz.)V8 juice
3 tbsp. dried onion
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt

In large soup kettle or skillet, brown sausage,mix in carrot, and celery till done. Drain. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil;cover and simmer for 45 min.
