2 slices bacon, cut in 1/2 inch pieces
1/4 c. vinegar
Salt and pepper
4 c. fresh lettuce, torn
1/3 c. green onion, chopped
1 egg, boiled and chopped (Optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until crisp. Add vinegar and pour hot liquid over lettuce, onion and egg.
Add seasoning and serve immediately.
