2 medium potatoes (about 2 cups)
cup milk
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Start heating water in a 1 quart or larger pan.

Removing the eyes, but leaving the skins on, slice the potatoes about thick.
Boil for about 15 minutes. (A fork should easily push through the slice.)
Drain off the water.

Add milk, butter and salt.
Mash until creamy.
