1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon double-acting baking powder
2 tablespoons oil
cup milk
Mix the dry ingredients.
Mix in oil until the lumps are gone.
Mix in the milk.

Pre-heat oven to 450F

Spoon the dough onto a greased baking sheet, about 6 biscuits.
Bake 12 minutes at 450F.
