3 lbs chicken thighs and drumsticks (skins removed)
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup white vinegar
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp soy sauce

3 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp water

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange chicken pieces in 3 quart casserole dish.

Mix sugar, first amount of water, vinegar, ketchup, and soy sauce together in saucepan over medium heat.

Mix cornstarch in remaining water. Stir into saucepan until it boils and thickens. Pour over chicken. Cover. Bake in 350F oven for aobut 1 1/4 hours until tender.
Spoon sauce over chicken before serving.
