To make frozen yogurt cubes:

Stir 1 tablespoon of SweetLeaf Stevia Plus into a 1-pint container of non-fat plain or vanilla yogurt. Pour the yogurt into plastic ice cube trays and freeze.

To make the smoothie, put in blender:

1 cup milk (non-fat is great)
3-4 ice cubes
2 yogurt cubes
frozen banana
tablespoon vanilla

This no-sugar, no-artificial-sweetener smoothie relies on frozen yogurt cubes and frozen bananas. Its easy once you have the yogurt cubes and bananas in your freezer.
