1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/8 tsp paprika
Dash cayenne pepper
1 1/2 cloves minced garlic

1 cup Crisco Canola Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in blender except for the canola oil. Blend at "puree" for 1 min. With blender still running, pour canola oil in slowly. Mix until consistency resembles miracle whip.

Add to lettuce, croutons, Parmesan cheese and bacon bits

The key to this recipe is to add the canola oil, while the blender is running.
Once you taste this dressing, you will never buy caesar dressing again. (10 years and counting..)
