2 medium tomatoes, quartered
2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped red bell pepper
4 garlic cloves
1/4 c. fresh cilantro leaves, packed
2/3 c. soy sauce
6 T. oil
2 T. fresh lime juice
1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
7-8 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients (except chicken) in blender or food processor and process for 30 seconds. Pour marinade over chicken and marinate, covered in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours - turning frequently. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill over medium coals for 20-30 minutes, turning frequently and basting with marinade until done.
