1 large package hash browns
1/2 C. melted butter
1 can crream of chicken soup
1 C. grated sharp cheese
1- 8oz. carton sour cream
1 small chopped onion
Salt and pepper as desired

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix potatoes,butter, soup ,cheese, sour cream and onion in a large bowl. Put into glass csserole dish. Bake for 50 min.
May top with cornflakes and 1/4 c. melted butter
