24 oz. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed, 1 Family size can cream of chicken soup, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1 small onion, chopped, salt and pepper to taste, 1 stick butter melted, 2 cups Cheddar cheese, 1 cup corn flake crumbs.

Preheat oven at 350. In 9 X 13 casserole dish, mix potatoes, soup, sour cream, onion, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over mixture. Add cornflake crumbs to cover cheese. Drizzle butter over corn flakes. Bake for 45 minutes.
