1 1/2 pounds ground beef. 1/2 c. dry bread.1/2 c. milk. 1 1/2 tsp. salt a pinch of pepper 1/4 c. diced onion. optional 2 tbsp. horse raddish . Mix together, form into patties & place in a baking dish.

Directions:

Sauce: 1/4 c. vinegar 1/4 c. diced onions.2 tbsp. worchestershire sauce . 1/2 c. ketchup. 1 tsp. chili powder. Bring to a boil and pour over hambuger patties and bake at 350 for 45 min.
