4-5 chicken breasts, bone-in, skin removed
1 orange, lemon and lime
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 dash Tabasco sauce
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
In a dish large enought to hold the chicken in a single layer, combine the zest and juice from the citrus fruit, the oil and Tabasco. Mix these ingredients. Place chicken, bone-side-up, in the mixture, making sure the breasts are well coated with marinade. Marinade in fridge overnight.
Grill chicken until almost cooked, about 40 minutes. eanwhile combine honey and sesame seed to make glaze. Brush glaze on chicken and cook for 5 minutes longer.
