2 tbsp butter
1 tsp salt
2 1/2 c. Macaroni
1/4 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp dry mustard
2 c. shredded cheese
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
In a sauce pan, melt butter. Remove from heat; blend in flour, salt and mustard. Add milk, heat until it thickens. Add 1 1/2 cups of cheese, stir constantly. Cook macaroni until tender then drain the water. Combine with sauce top with the remaining cheese, bread crumbs and paprika. Bake at 375 for about 20 - 25 minutes.
