1 cup Oatmeal
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup Granulated Sugar
2 1/2 cup Flour
1/2 t Salt
1 t Soda
1 t Cinnamon
1 t Nutmeg
2 Eggs
1/2 cup Butter
1 1/2 cup Boiling Water

Dump oatmeal and sugars in bowl. Sift flour, salt, soda & spices and put in bowl with sugar mixture. Mix until blended and add eggs, butter and boiling water. Mix all together and pour into greased and floured pan.

Topping to be spread over unbaked cake:
1/2 cup Walnuts or Pecans
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
1/4 cup Cream or Condensed Milk
6 T milted Butter
1 cup coconut
1 t Vanilla

Combine all ingredients then spread over unbaked cake. Bake @ 350 for 45 min.
