1 box Duncan Hines Plain Yellow Cake Mix-not pudding
1 sm box Jello Instant Vanilla Pudding
1 sm box Jello Instant Chocolate Pudidng
4 Eggs
1 1/2 cups Water
1/2 cup Crisco Oil
1 sm pkg Nestle's Chocolate Chips-6oz-must be Nestle's

Mix and blend dry ingredients then add water, oil and eggs until moistened. Mix 2 min at med speed then stir in chocolate chips with large spoon. Bake in greased and floured bundt pan @ 350 for 1 hour and cool 10 min.

Cream Cheese Icing:
1 8oz pkg Cream Cheese-soften to room temp
1 stick Butter
1 box Powdered Sugar
1 t Vanilla
1/2 cup Cocoa

Blend cream cheese and butter till smooth and fluffy and add powdered sugar 1 cup at a time Blend well when all sugar is used and add vanilla and cocoa.
