Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 cup Flour
1 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Cocoa
1 1/2 t Baking Powder
1 1/2 t Soda
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Water
1 t Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and bake in 2 layers @ 350 for 25-30 min.

Icing:
1 cup Sugar
4 T cocoa
1/4 cup Milk
1/2 stick Oleo
1 t Vanilla

Combine 1st 4 ingredients in sauce pan. cook over low heat until it starts to thicken. Beat until thicker. Add vanilla.

Ice each layer.

I make double icing.
