1 full rack of ribs

Pinto Bean seasoning (garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt) -couple of tablespoons

Juice of 2 lemons (more if you have a big rack...of ribs)

Salt to taste (Remember that the Pinto Seasoning has salt in it and you can probably skip it here.)

Black Pepper -lots of it

Paprika -couple of tablespoons

Cumin powder -one tablespoon

Directions:

Sprinkle on lemon juice (secret ingredient) liberally.
Mix dry ingredients together and rub into the meat.
Wrap in foil and stick in the fridge for 3-5 hours.
Sear meat over direct coals then move off the direct heat and cook for 2-3 hours.
