2-1/2 lbs. potatoes
2 cloves garlic, minced very fine
Salt & Pepper to taste
6 T. sweet butter
2/3 C. milk
2 heaping T. cream style horseradish

Directions:
Directions:
Peel, cut and cook potatoes in salted water until soft. Drain and mash with all other ingredients until smooth and serve.

I never had these, but they are probably quite wonderful. I would think they might be tasty served with Prime Rib. Hopefully I'll remember to try this next time I make Prime Rib.
