1 whole Chicken
1/2 t Salt
1 sm Onion
1 stalk Celery
4 T Butter
6 T Flour
Biscuits-make one recipe from Pioneer biscuit mix

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken in 1 qt water containing salt, onion and celery. Remove from broth and cool. Heat butter in sauce pan. Stir in flour, and cook until bubbly. Gradually stir in broth, cook and stir until mixutre is thickened. Remove chicken from bone in large pieces and arrange in buttered shallow casserole. Cover with sauce. Arrange biscuits on top.

Bake @ 350 until biscuits are brown.
