2- 8oz. cups of plain yogurt
1- 8oz. can of crushed pineapple(drained)
1-bag of frozen coconut (completely thawed)
1-tablespoon of dates or raisins

Mix ingredients into a large glass bowl and refrigerate. Serve with your favorite fruit.
