c. canola oil
c. apple sauce
1/3 c. honey
1 c. water
1 c. flour
c. whole wheat flour
c. bread flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Grease muffin pans.

Mix dry ingredients together.
Add liquid ingredients and mix together.

Choose any of the following ingredients to add to the muffin mix:
1 med. Carrot
1 sm. Can crushed pineapple
1 med. zucchini
c. walnuts, chopped and sprinkled on top

Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes.
