2 C. all purpose flour
1/2 lb. margarine
2 T. vinegar
1/4 C. water
3 egg yolks

Directions:
Directions:
Cut margarine into flour as for pie crust. Ad egg yolks, vinegar and water, mix well. Cover, refrigerate overnight. Divide dough into 3 parts and roll out one at a time on a floured surface to 10 x 15 in size.

Strudel Filling:

Sprinkle each dough with
1 T. flour
3 T. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Arrange 3 peeled and diced apples along edge of long side of dough and roll up. Place on greased pan, brush top with egg whites and bake 375 for 45 minutes.
