6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2/3 cup cocoa
2 cups sifted powdered sugar
1 cup evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter. Add sugar and cocoa and mix well. Add milk gradually, beating until smooth. (Don't panic if it's somewhat lumpy, but try!) Boil over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly about 5 minutes or till thick.

Everyone that's eaten this has said, "This is the best!" IF there happens to be any left, it stores well. I've also been known to freeze some for "later". (I'd much rather hide under the table and eat the whole batch with a gallon of ice cream, though!)
