1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup fine bread crumbs
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, juiced
4 chicken breast halves, skinned & boned
ground black pepper
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, garlic Worcestershire and lemon juice in small saucepan. Heat over low heat until butter is melted. Meanwhile, combine bread crumbs and cheese on large plate.

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Dip each piece in butter mixture and then in crumb mixture. Arange chicken on oven-proof baking dish. Pour any remaining butter sauce oer chicken; sprinkle with remaining crumbs.

Bake uncovered in a preheated 350 degree oven 30 minutes. Uncover and continue baking until done--about 20 minutes longer. Serve with potatoes, rice pilaf or brown rice.

Very good....I was going to say "healthy" because we know garlic is good for you. Maybe we just won't mention the butter involved here!
