Directions:
Directions:
In a fry pan melt some butter. Prepare your vegtables by slicing mushrooms, chopping onions, peppers, and celery. Saute in pan for about 6-8 minutes till tender. Add well drained Chunk White Tuna. Break tuna apart to mix well. Add the soup and grated cheese. Just before serving, add a bit of sour cream to taste and the frozen peas and re-heat. Serve over the hot egg noodles with salad and bread.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is a family favorite. The kids all grew up on this dish and really enjoy it. It is easy to transfer to a lasagna. Just use the sause and layer in the same manner as you would a regular lasagna. Layer the grated cheese instead of adding to the sause. Bake in 350 oven for 45 minutes. Another fun way to have dinner.
Once again this is a meal that I have no amounts for. Just use your cooking skills to determine how much of each you will need for the numbers you will serve.
