Directions:
Just drain the tuna, and then add enough of the Mayo or dressing to be the right texture that you desire. Then add some sweet pickle relish, being careful not to get too much of the juice in it. Add a smidgeon of mustard, to your liking. Add onions, chopped up, if you like! Wahlah! Makes a good sandwich, or a good appetizer kind of thing on crackers, etc.

Personal Notes:
Grandpa eats this in his lunch a lot. However, I don't put it on the bread when I make his lunch, but rather, put it in a little container in his lunch box and send bread along (doused with mustard, of course!) I like to nibble on this with small crackers during the day to "get some protein" in place of a huge chocolate candy bar! (If you believe that, you're not the girl I thought you were!)
