1 1/2 cups sugar
2 tea dry mustard, or less
2 tsp. salt
2/3 cup vinegar
3 T onion juice
2 cups salad oil
3 T poppy seeds
sliced avocados
grapefruit sections
lettuce leaves


Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, mustard, salt, and vinegar. Add onion juice. Stir thoroughly. Add oil slowly, beating constantly until thick. Add poppy seeds. Store in frig or cool place.
Pour dressing over slices of avocado and grapefruit on lettuce leaves.
