3 egg yolks
3 egg whites
3/4 cup cold water
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup flour
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the egg yolks and cold water together for 5 minutes. Fold in the sugar, flour salt and vanilla. Bet egg whites stiff and fold in, bake in oven not too hot at first increasing heat last 25 minutes all told 45 minutes. "350 oven". Do not grease pan. Let cake cool before removing from pan. Use Angel Food Cake Pan.

This recipe is one that Grandma Vi used when her children were small and growing up. Do you remember this one Dad? I think she used it with the Economy Icing recipe also in this collection.
