4 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup shredded carrot
1/4 cup sliced radishes
1 Tbsp. chopped onion (purple is o.k.)
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
2 Tbsp. Tarragon vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all vegetables together in a container and chill in refrigerator.

In a seperate dish mix the rest of the ingredients and chill it also. Before serving, toss the veggie mix with the sour cream mix.
