8-10 medium potatoes, cook with skins on 1/2 hr.
peel and dice, salt and pepper each layer in bowl.

Directions:
Directions:
Sauce--4-6 slices bacon, lightly brown,
add 3 Tbs. flour
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar + 1 tablespoon
cup of water -- blend into bacon
stalk of celery diced.
simmer sauce

Add sauce to potatos, and heat through on low in corningware in oven.
