Ingredients:  
One package of Soyboy Tempeh (garden variety),
Kosher sweet pickles ( cup when chopped),
Nayonnaise (or mayonnaise) (2 spoonfuls-or to taste),
Lemon juice (one teaspoonful),
Celery (chopped into small pieces),
Sprinkle of fresh dill,
Pinch salt,
Pepper to taste

Directions:

Take one package of tempeh and remove from packaging and place in steamer. Steam for five minutes to rehydrate. Let cool then place in bowl by breaking into pieces and flake it to the desired texture.

Add Nayonaise (soy alternative) or Mayonnaise to taste,
Add chopped pickles and a bit of the juice,
Squeeze lemon to taste and add celery, fresh dill,salt, pepper and mix.

Serve on crackers or place as a topping for a fresh garden salad.
