3 c shredded cooked chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 large can diced ortega chiles
2 small cans sliced olives (OPTIONAL!)
1 pint sour cream
1 pound grated Jack cheese
1 pkg flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Mix half the cheese and all the soup, chiles, olives and sour cream together. Divide this mixture in half and add chicken to one half. Cut tortillas into 6 or 8 pieces and put half in 9 X 13 pan, one layer deep. Pour chicken mixture on top of tortillas and then add remaining tortilla pieces. Pour second half of soup mixture over top. Sprinkle remaining grated cheese on the top and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or longer if chilled. Cover top with foil to prevent overbrowning.
