3 lb baby carrots
3 T honey
2 T butter
1 T grated fresh ginger

Directions:
Directions:
In some boiling water, cook the carrots until they are tender. Meanwhile in a large sauce pan, cook together the honey, butter and ginger. When the carrots are tender, drain and add to the butter mixture. Still well to coat. Serve warm.
