1 c. Ruby Port Red WIne
3/4 c Soy Sauce
1/2 c. olive oil
1 T pepper
2 fresh minced garlic
1 bay leaf
several dashes hot pepper sauce
pork tenderloin

Directions:
Directions:
Wrap beef with bacon.
Combine ingredients in zip lock bag and add meat.
Marinate overnight.
Remove beef and cook on hot coals or in 450
for 40 minutes...depending on size of pork.
