8 c. frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 c. chopped onion
1- 10oz can condensed cream of chicken soup
2 c. sour cream
2 c. grated medium cheddar cheese
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. melted butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 7 ingredients together. Pack into 9x13" pan. Mix crushed corn flakes with melted butter, spread over top. Bake uncovered at 350 oven for 50 - 60 minutes.
