1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup catsup
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1, 8 oz. can kidney beans, drained & mashed
dash hot pepper sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup stuffed green olives, sliced
1/2 cup onion, chopped
Dorito chips

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and 1/4 cup onions. Mash beans and add to beef mixture along with catsup and chili powder. Salt and pepper and heat at 350 for approx. 30 minutes. Before serving, stir in cheese, olives, and 1/2 cup onions, reserving enough to sprinkle as a topping. Serve with corn chips.

Recipe was given to me by Georgia Ashbrook, wife of Kennametal's Rex Ashbrook on 9/27/83. It is delicious at parties, our son & daughter like it as a meal!
