2-7oz cans whole green chiles
1 pound cheddar cheese
4 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. half & half
4 eggs, beaten
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 pound Monterey Jack Cheese
Pepitas to garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the cheddar cheese in long slices and stuff these into the chiles. Arrange in a baking dish. Mix the flour, half & half, beaten eggs and salt and pepper in bowl and pour over chiles. Top with the grated Monterey Jack Cheese and into 350 oven for 45 minutes. Top with pepits and serve with salsa or sliced tomatoes.
